Kate Hopkinson-Pointer has a history in dance and has practised yoga for over 8 years. Kate’s skills specialise in resistance training, running techniques and interval training.


She also has a background in herbal medicine, nutrition and a 17-year association and understanding of organic whole foods.


Diet is critical to optimising human function.  A finely tuned diet will increase energy, sense of well-being and acumen. Whilst everyone’s needs are different, 70% of fitness is good nutrition.


Furthermore, nutrition and exercise is the key to a long and healthy life. By listening to my client’s individual needs, I hope to personalise a program that suits them.
